But really knowing how to address people's concerns on an empathetic level rather than throwing science at them & not understanding why they're not convinced. I was just having this conversations with my 55 you mom earlier today and trying to get her to get the flu vaccine, especially that she gets sick so often, and one of the things she said was "isn't it too late now? They were vaccinating back in September/October". Took a screenshot of that one infographic to send her! Thank you for your efforts!
And interesting training module! The emphasis on communication is excellent and it's something I prized from several of my mentors in training and during my medical career.
Med industry Trust is pretty much destroyed. It is basically a biblical reference to "The love of Money..." DR's are paid to push products directly via extra insurance payments..want to see their payoffs? for a small pediatric practice with 3-5 docs, the vx payout is worth an extra million per year! Pharma has had the largest payouts for fraud of any industry by billions! Have you seen the Wyeth DPT letter from 1979's hot lot? \
Hard to trust any medical papers when 80% cannot be reproduced: the definition of scientific misconduct.

I'm dismayed at your description of public health. After Covid, I'd have hoped for more improvement.
