Help support Unbiased Science
Your subscription keeps us an independent voice in science communication
Over the weekend we posted a cheeky Oregon Trail graphic, and it captured our whole “why.” The internet connects us and lets good information travel fast, but it has also become a superspreader of bad information… and bad information has consequences, especially when it comes to your health.

You’ve probably heard “do your own research.” We’re not here to tell you not to, though we’ll gently note that there are real limits to what any of us can evaluate outside our own training and expertise. We’re here to be the resource that meets that curiosity with the best available evidence.
Which brings us to something we don’t ask for often…
We’re proud of how far this has come. Between our social media, podcast, and Substack, we now reach more than 10 million people every month. Everything we publish is free to read, and we want to keep it that way for as long as we can. But making it takes time and resources, and readers like you are the reason we can keep doing it. We’re trying to reach 1,000 paid Substack subscribers by the end of the summer. Will you help us get there?
A subscription is $5 a month. Or become a founding member for $55 a year and we’ll send you an Unbiased Science sticker pack as a thank-you. (Already a founding member? We’ve got you. We’ll be following up so you get yours, too.) As a paid subscriber, you get:
Access to our paid-subscriber chat
A seat in our inner circle, where you help shape what we cover and brainstorm the materials we build for both the general public and healthcare professionals
Early access to merch drops and flash sales
More on the way, like a periodic Q&A with the Unbiased Science team (still in the works, but every paid subscriber will be included)
Speaking of merch: our shop is officially open, and we’re running a flash sale through tomorrow, July 8th. Going forward, paid subscribers get early access to sales like this, so it’s a good moment to jump in. And because so many of you loved that Oregon Trail graphic, it’s becoming one of the first pieces you’ll be able to own!

Want to support the educational side instead? Our nonprofit, the Center for Unbiased Science and Health, is our educational engine, where we build free information sheets, conversation guides, and even escape rooms for the people who need them. You can make a tax-deductible donation directly.
Thank you for being here, and for making this work possible.
Stay Curious,
Unbiased Science

Jonathan Swift (author of Guliver's Travels) said it best..."Falsehood flies, and the truth comes limping after it, so that when men come to be undeceived, it is too late". Unbiased Science is a bulwark to place the truth ahead of falsehoods.
I’ll forever stand by the fact that biased ‘science’ is NOT science 🙌
